As part of the BIG Green Week programme Bristol Solar City hosted a solar pavilion running a three day, solar-focussed, programme of events (21st – 23rd June). The event was a great success, providing a creative, inspiring and informative space for businesses, home-owners and community groups to learn more about solar energy and the Bristol Solar City initiative, as well as the practical steps we can all take towards improving energy efficiency and sustainability. The pavilion included a solar powered stage for talks and music, as well as the Solar Hub exhibition and workshop space.
